Management Services Northwest, Inc. is a regional Facility Management Company based in the Pacific Northwest since 1995.  We are your one call source for all facility services from commercial janitorial contracting to full building management. 

Janelle Bruland, CBSE, is owner and Chief Executive Officer of the company she launched from her living room with a handful of employees.  Today, Management Services Northwest has grown under Janelle’s leadership into a successful regional enterprise, which was named one of the Fastest Growing Private Companies by both Inc. magazine and the Puget Sound Business Journal.

She currently serves as Immediate Past President of Building Service Contractor’s Association International (BSCAI), the largest international facilities services trade organization, and has published several business articles. She is an active community volunteer, served as governing board member of Peace Health, St. Joseph Medical Center, and is a founding board member of Whatcom Business Alliance, a local association dedicated to fostering business success and community prosperity.

Janelle has been honored as Woman Entrepreneur of the Year, Nellie Cashman Woman Business Owner of the Year and the Washington State Small Business Person of the Year.  She lives in the Pacific Northwest with her husband, Graham Youtsey, and their five children.
